All pain is gone, I'm in a happier mood to blog now =)
Chef Bear suddenly had the "feeling" to cook over the weekend so he prepared dinner for Elle, me and himself.

(L to R) Ma Po Tofu, Shitake mushroom stir-fried with butter, Broccoli with prawn, Minced pork with onions
Chef Bear's cooking frenzy did not end there. He went on making desserts over the next few days like mango and chocolate pudding and also 烫圆 ! Hehe. Here's pictures as promised...

He started off with purple ones.
I placed my vitagen there for the fun of it. Since I was drinking it anyway.. Lols~

All done!
So colourful. Lols~ Looks like coloured pebbles in the pic. Haha!
He tried to mix the purple colouring with the green one for fun but it ended up a darker shade of purple that's all. Chey!

Imagine a 100 year old go there to celebrate.. FREE MEAL! =D

Lady Boss & Me in the lounge area connected to our dining room

Table Setting

Their Tea Menu

Look like those divination sticks people use in the temple =X

Interesting.
They took quite a while to serve the first dish as it needed some preparation time.

Peking Duck
The wrap was a tad too thick. Could be thinner and the dish will be perfect.
And this is where the meal started to get better...

Double boiled supreme shark's fin, assorted seafood
That huge slice you see is actually the one whole slice of shark's fin O.O
Never had one this big in my life.

Sautéed egg white, conpoy, minced fish, crab claw
MMmmmm~ More crab crab crab~ =D~

Baked cod fish in miso sauce

Pork belly, golden mantou
The chef made the mantou into a stick form. So cute! Haha~ it's actually easier for us to dip it in the sauce in this stick form. How thoughtful~

No idea why it's called fried 'five' rice. That's what it's printed in the menu. It consists of some brown rice and don't know what else. The rice was pretty dry and my sore throat was acting up again so I couldn't finish the rice =(

Cream of avocado, sago, ice cream
Happy Birthday Boss! =)
